Chicory wrap (as a snack)

Preparation time

3 – 5 minutes


  • 2 stalks of chicory
  • 4 tortillawraps
  • 4 large slices of york ham
  • tub of cream cheese
  • balsamic vinegar

Method of preparation

Clean the chicories and peel the leaves off the bases. Spread the tortillas with herb cream cheese and drizzle some balsamic vinegar over them. Place the ham on top. Distribute the chicory leaves over the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and cut them into pieces approximately 1.5 cm wide.
